We are a member-operated not-for-profit Tennessee corporation established and governed under the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and By-Laws of Ladd Landing, a gated lakefront community in Kingston, TN, on Watts Bar Lake.
At the direction of the LOALLI Board of Directors the Ladd Landing Clubhouse is available for rent by non-LOALLI members and members. The Clubhouse Rental Agreement and Rules and Regulations are available under the Amenities tab for LOALLI members (property owners).
